If there is one thing that I always keep around, it’s eggs. Not only are they inexpensive and easy to cook, but there are so many ways to enjoy them. Scrambled, fried, poached, hard or soft-boiled, on their own, packed with veggies, loaded with melty cheese, or served with meat…the possibilities for eggs are really endless. That’s why they’re one of my favorite refrigerator staples! So grab a carton and check out some of my favorite egg recipes below!
IndyCar recently unveiled its new-for-2028 chassis, the Dallara-built IR-28, to somewhat muted fanfare. The current car has been in play since 2012, and it's about time America's premier open-wheel series gets its crap together to bring an updated look to the sport. There have certainly been some positives and negatives for the series since it was purchased by Roger Penske in 2019. This is probably a positive move, but there are so many things that could be done to improve the sport that seem to be ignored. I want to know how you would fix it.
On Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Babs Olusanmokun’s Dr. Joseph M’Benga is like a guiding light to his fellow USS Enterprise crewmembers, a voice of reason whether he’s advising his old friend Captain Pike (Anson Mount), mentoring younger crewmembers like Ensign Uhura (Celia Rose Gooding) and Nurse Chapel (Jess Bush), or just being a friend to someone like First Officer Una Chin-Riley (Rebecca Romijn). And the funny thing is, when talking to the actor in real life, he also exudes some of those “I’m just here to help you through this” vibes. In a word, he’s cool.
