More cash discounts are applying to leased vehicles in July.
This month, we're mainly focused on the small: compact sedans, trucks, hatchbacks, and crossovers. It's no surprise their prices are the smallest, and with monthly payments soaring, why go bigger unless you have to? Have a look below and also check out July's best finance deals.
Check Our Leasing Guide
Make sure you first read our leasing guide. We've covered everything that may get glossed over in the showroom: advertising fees, money factors, residuals, legal implications, and all the other fine print that could cost you thousands more than you'd expect. When comparing similar cars, be aware that a lower monthly price often demands more money up front. As with any national lease special, enter your ZIP code on an automaker's website to check if these deals apply to your area. Prices do not include taxes or fees and may be higher or lower depending on your location. Research is always your friend.

2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class
$519 per month/$5153 at signing
24 months/20,000 miles
Shop for a new Mercedes-Benz
Since Mercedes designers are chasing trends with oversized screens and logo patterns, it makes sense to see the finance department peddling two-year leases. All of the company's hot-selling models now advertise 24-month terms, including the compact GLC300 4Matic on this special (the GLC Coupe, as a lower-volume model, requires an extra year). With shorter leases, Mercedes will most certainly be swelling its inventory of later-model CPO cars, which could be just the ticket for an off-lease GLC customer two years from now.

2026 Subaru Impreza
$269 per month/$2869 at signing
36 months/30,000 miles
Shop for a new Subaru
With so much attention stuck on high-riding Subies like the Crosstrek and Outback, it's easy to overlook the Impreza hatchback. Aside from the WRX, which has long been separated from the Impreza nameplate, this is the only normal car that Subaru makes, besides the BRZ coupe. To that end, Subaru always treats the Impreza customer to the lowest signing payments of any gas model. Given the standard all-wheel drive, 18-inch alloy wheels, rear side airbags, and adaptive cruise control, the base Sport trim on this lease is a good value.

2027 Kia Seltos
$249 per month/$3499 at signing
24 months/20,000 miles
Shop for a new Kia
A half-size Telluride may be just the ticket at half the price. That's the new Seltos, which borrows the big Kia's flush door handles, upright grille, and its pretty, swelling curves and scales the whole thing down to a subcompact footprint. While the outgoing 2026 Seltos leases for $30 less per month in the same LX FWD trim, the extra rear-seat legroom and upgraded interior of the 2027 model are certainly worth the extra outlay. The LX AWD leases for $20 more per month, and as always with Kia, 36-month terms are available at the same cost.

2026 Acura Integra
$329 per month/$3099 at signing
36 months/30,000 miles
Shop for a new Acura
Acura has been aggressively discounting its entry-level models, the Integra and ADX, so their leases fall closer to comparable Honda models. This month, a base Integra with the Civic Si's turbo four and a newly standard 9.0-inch touchscreen, wireless phone charger, and wireless CarPlay/Android Auto is $3000 more (over three years) than a Civic Sport Hatchback. The Integra also comes standard with a sunroof, heated front seats (with power adjustments for the driver), ambient lighting, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and a full digital instrument panel, which are not on the base Civic.

2026 Ford Maverick
$399 per month/$1398 at signing
36 months/31,500 miles
Shop for a new Ford
While Slate makes headlines for what it promises will be the cheapest pickup on sale, Ford has been selling a sub-$30K truck for the last five years. The Maverick, an annual 10Best winner since 2023, has already perfected the formula for a small, basic, and efficient truck. This lease deal is for the XLT FWD hybrid trim, which comes with a 4000-pound tow rating, a 42-mpg EPA city rating, and equipment including 17-inch wheels, push-button start, a trailer hitch, and extra bed tie-downs that aren't on the base XL.

2026 Ram 1500
$419 per month/$3819 at signing
39 months/32,500 miles
Shop for a new Ram
Ram doesn't run many lease specials, and while this offer is the best deal on a full-size truck in July, it's only for current Stellantis lessees. That's for the Big Horn 4x4 with the crew cab and the short (5-foot-7) bed. This trim comes with a power driver's seat, heated front bucket seats, and options to buy the larger 12.0-inch touchscreen and other niceties that aren't available on Warlock and lower trims. We'd go one further and swap the Pentastar V-6 for the twin-turbo Hurricane I-6, which adds $1695 to the MSRP.

2026 Toyota Corolla
$279 per month/$1029 at signing
36 months/30,000 miles
Shop for a new Toyota
While Hyundai, Kia, and Nissan are posting lower monthly prices for their compact sedans, Toyota's total outlay over three years is the same or lower, and at only a third of the signing payment those brands require. (Honda doesn't offer a deal on the regular Civic.) This deal, which Toyota advertises without the $750 acquisition fee that we added back in, has been ongoing for months on the base LE trim. Sure, there's a metal key and hubcaps, but you get standard blind-spot monitoring, automatic climate control, and two free scheduled-maintenance visits.

2026 Hyundai Elantra N
$482 per month/$3362 at signing
36 months/30,000 miles
Shop for a new Hyundai
We couldn't end without a fun car. The most expensive Elantra, this 276-hp N with the loud, snorty exhaust, is the only performance sedan other than an M3 to consistently have a lease deal each month. A TCR Edition is also available with a giant wing. Try getting a Civic Type R or a GR Corolla for less—not happening.
